Delivery Policy

F-LINK CONSULTING, trading as Retain with emails, provides digital marketing services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Last updated 23 September 2026.

What we deliver

We provide done-for-you email and SMS marketing services for ecommerce brands: lifecycle flow strategy and build, campaign planning, copywriting, design, deliverability configuration and reporting. All work is performed inside the client’s own email service provider account, which the client owns and retains at all times.

How delivery happens

Delivery is entirely electronic. On confirmation of payment you receive onboarding instructions by email at the address used at checkout. Work is then delivered directly into your email platform account, together with written documentation and reporting by email and shared documents. Nothing is posted or shipped.

Delivery timescales

Onboarding instructions are sent immediately after payment is confirmed. A flow setup engagement is built and handed over within 14 business days of our receiving the brand assets and platform access needed to start. Ongoing management is delivered on a rolling monthly cycle from the start date of the engagement.

What can delay delivery

Timelines start when we have working access to your email platform and the brand assets required. Where access or assets are outstanding, the delivery clock is paused for the period concerned and resumes once they are received. We will tell you in writing when this happens.

Failed or incomplete delivery

If you have not received onboarding instructions within 24 hours of payment, or believe a deliverable is missing, contact us at christophe@retainwithemails.com and we will resolve it. Where we cannot deliver a paid service, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
